Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Skincare and body care products
  • Lip and oral care products
  • Vitamins and wellness supplements
  • Any item marked "Final Sale"

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
