Improper Customer Service

As a Person who works as a service provider, I take severe umbrage with an interaction with a lackadaisical employee.  In my recent visit to our local package store, I asked the gal at the front if they could ever special order something.  She replied in a very flat yet still gruff voice, “Depends on what it is”. I was put off so I waited to see if she would offer any more than that which I knew she wouldn’t so I moved on.  Immediately calling my husband and letting him know the Family van was on this shop going forward.  He chuckles as if he thinks I should just give in and realize it’s not the 80’s and customer service is dying but I won’t as long as I have breath in me!  i’ll continue to shout it out as a cry for civilization!   “Banned!”
